Development History
In 1985, the Company was established as China Yaohua Glass Company Jinan Lixia department. In the beginning, the workshop covers only 50 square meters and 20 employees. Without any equipments, the mainly business are hand-cutting glass and mirror, and wholesale glass panels.
1996
In 2001,The company changed the name as Shandong Yaohua Glass Co., Ltd.,and invested the first tempering furnace and insulating glass production line. Yaohua Glass entried the period for the produc tion of tempered and insulated glass.
2004
In 2008,Yaohua build a modern energy-saving glass factory, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. The company has introduced Tamglass Tempering Furnace, Bystronic Insulated Glass Production Line and so on, specializing in the production of high-end energy-saving low-e insulating glass. With the rapid growth of international export business, the products are exported to all over the world, and have entered the modern production stage of high-end energy-saving glass, and become the advanced ranks of China's glass processing enterprises.
2013
In 2016,Yaohua Glass has been awarded the title of China processed glass top 30" for 3 years and keeps the international status of one of Chinese largest export base of building glass by exporting thoudsands of containers. At present, the company has become one of the largest building glass production base in the north China, and is in the leading position of jumbo size construction glass market.
2018
In 2020, Faced with the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, as well as difficult market challenges, the company strengthened confidence and solidarity and take science-based and targeted measures, after the company's efforts, the epidemic was brought under control, sales also increased.
Future
1985
In 1996,With development of business, the companymoved to Huayuan Road. the area of the workshop expand to 1000 square meters and 50 employees. While being the largest original glass wholesalers in Jinan, Yaohua began to explore the filed of deep processing glass by introducing the edging machine and enter the period of deep processing glass.
2001
In 2004,The company entered a period of rapid growth.There were 200 employees and 20,000 square meters of modern standard workshop. Yaohua invested the first 8m long tempering furnace and laminated glass production line in Shandong Province.
2008
In 2013,The company developed steadily and actively promote energy-saving building products.Yaohua was given many honors by the gorvenment,such as Shandong Province Famous Mark,Shandong Province Famous Brand,Jinan Enterprise Technology Center . In the same year, Shandong Yaohua Company introduced Tanwai Tongchang furance whicn can temper double silver and Triple silver low-e glass, Lisec automatic cutting machine and the second Bystronic automatic insulated glass production line.
2016
In 2018,The company moved to Jinan Lingang International Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. Comply with the third information wave and the development trend of industry 4.0 era, carry out technical transformation on the existing equipment, introduce the international leading Austrian LiSEC intelligent glass processing systems, promote the automation of production, and enter the new period of intelligent production.
